n, p, 13C, 14N, 54Fe, and 88Sr Time evolution in convective zone

Author(s): Lih-Sin The, Bradley Meyer

This movie shows the time evolution of n, p, 13C, 14N, 54Fe, and 88Sr mass fractions in the helium shell convective zone. This calculation includes proton mixing into the helium shell convective zone in a 25 solar mass low metallicity star. Neutrons produced from 13C(α,n)16O in this calculation are important for the s-process.
